Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (jewelry with engravings, custom names, etc.)
  • Intimate apparel and loungewear for hygiene reasons
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
